Seal Beach
Seal Beach is a small community of approximately 25,000 residents nestled between Long Beach and Huntington Beach. A quaint, small, quiet town, Seal Beach is frequently referred to as “Iowa by the Sea” due to its unpretentious feel. Leisure World, a large gated senior citizen community is located in Seal Beach, as is the 5,256-acre Seal Beach Naval Weapons Station and the 920-acre Seal Beach National Wildlife Refuge.
