Costa Mesa

Costa Mesa was incorporated in 1953 and has grown from a semi-rural farming town into a suburban center of nearly 120,000 residents.  A community of thriving businesses and neighborhoods, with many parks (even a 15,000 Square foot Volcom Skate Park), Costa Mesa is a great place to live.

 Known largely for its 322 store shopping center, South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa industry is based on retail and manufacturing.  Three well respected cultural venues are located in Costa Mesa, bringing art lovers from all over Southern California to the area, the Orange County Performing Arts Center, the Pacific Amphitheater, and the South Coast Repertory.  Millions of visitors travel to Costa Mesa each summer for the Orange County Fair, held every July, as well.
