Aliso Viejo

Aliso Viejo was established in 1990 and incorporated in 2001 and is bordered by Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, and Laguna Hills.  Within the city’s borders, one can see gorgeous mountains and rolling hills, pristine streams, lush trails, and views of the bright city lights.  With a population of about 46,000, Aliso Viejo is also home to many large company headquarters, including Buy.com, Marie Callender’s, and Pacific Life. 

Following the community’s slogan, “Aliso Viejo – Experience it All,” Aliso Viejo has welcomed opportunities to enhance the quality of life for its residents.  Many sports activities and recreation opportunities, as well as the wealth of parks and trails, engage the youth of Aliso Viejo.  The recently built Marriot Renaissance Club Sport has allowed residents and guests alike to embrace a fit lifestyle, without having to travel outside the city.

Aliso Viejo schools are in the Capistrano Unified School District and include four elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school.  Two private schools are also available for residents, as is SOKA University.  Aliso Viejo information can be found here.
